The Zara dress which is causing me serious window envy

Lately this dress has been all up in my mind!

 It's currently in the window of Zara in Nottingham and I am in love with it. I slow down and actually stop every day at the window on my way to work just to gaze at it. However, I'll have to wait for payday before I purchase it!

Not sure I would team it with such flat shoes...but thats just me!
