'The View's' Co-Host Sherri Shepherd: Husband Lamar Files for Separation!

According to TMZ 'The View' co-host Sherri Shepherd's Husband Lamar Sally has officially filed for legal separation from the actress/comedian on Friday in California. The couple have been married for 3 years and tied the now in August 2011. Sally who has only been a California resident for only 3 months which prevents him from actually checking off the DIVORCE box on the legal docs that came with much more than a I WANT OUT message. Sherri and Lamar who are having a baby through a surrogate (due July 28th) which she previously announced during a visit to the Rachel Ray show in September 2012. The couple DID have a prenup in place which Lamar is now specifically contesting and wants invalidated citing FRAUD as the reason.

Lamar also wants FULL custody of the unborn child and is requesting the Sherri only get visitation to see the child. This news is very abrupt, shocking and dramatic all at the same damn time. Lamar also wants to bar Shepherd from any attempts in blocking his steps in seeking custody of their child.

It's weird how it's 'all good' one day then it's OVER the next. I guarantee that it's much more to this than we know and Lamar's fraud claim and full custody move seems to vicious and calculated.
