"Shape of You" spends its 53rd week on the list, after "Thinking Out Loud" charted for 58 weeks. Plus, moves for Charlie Puth, Clean Bandit & Julia Michaels.
As previously reported, Ed Sheeran's "Perfect" leads the Billboard Hot 100 (dated Jan. 20) for a sixth week.
Plus, Bruno Mars and Cardi B's "Finesse" rockets from its No. 35 debut to No. 3. Impressively, Mars has now earned three Hot 100 top 10s from each of his first three albums, joining only Mariah Carey and Beyoncé in achieving the feat.
Additionally, Justin Timberlake's "Filthy" soars in at No. 9 and rising rapper Lil Skies makes his Hot 100 debut with two tracks.

"Shape of You," Ed Sheeran
As "Perfect," the third single from Sheeran's album ÷ (Divide), tops the Hot 100, "Shape of You," its lead single, spends a 53rd week on the chart, at No. 22. It debuted at on the Jan. 28, 2017-dated tally at No. 1, where it reigned for 12 total weeks. It wrapped as the Hot 100's year-end No. 1 for 2017.
"Shape" stays on the Hot 100 as recurrent rules dictate that descending titles are removed after 52 weeks only if below the top 25; descending songs also depart after 20 weeks if below the top 50.
The hit is just the 45th in the Hot 100's history (which dates to Aug. 4, 1958) to log more than 52 weeks. That's out of over 27,000 total entries.
Sheeran now boasts a record-tying two songs to have stayed on the Hot 100 for over a year: his No. 2 hit "Thinking Out Loud" charted for 58 weeks in 2014-15. Notably, Sheeran is the first solo male and just the fifth act overall with at least two singles to have spent over a year on the Hot 100:

"How Long," Charlie Puth
The song hits a new Hot 100 peak, rising 27-23. It also grants Puth his second top 10 as a lead artist on Radio Songs, where it lifts 11-9 (64 million in all-format airplay audience, up 7 percent, in the tracking week, according to Nielsen Music). Predecessor single "Attention," a No. 5 Hot 100 hit, ruled Radio Songs for five weeks beginning in September.

"I Miss You," Clean Bandit feat. Julia Michaels
The collab debuts at No. 92 on the Hot 100, driven most heavily by 7.2 million U.S. streams (up 29 percent). The track also bullets at highs of No. 7 on Hot Dance/Electronic Songs and No. 32 on Pop Songs, as well as No. 5 on the Official UK Singles chart.
Clean Bandit charts its third Hot 100 hit, after two top 10s: "Rather Be," featuring Jess Glynne (No. 10, 2014), and "Rockabye," featuring Sean Paul and Anne-Marie (No. 9, 2017). Michaels, nominated for best new artist at the Grammy Awards (Jan. 28), previously hit the Hot 100 with "Issues," which reached No. 11 last June.
